CHINA ORIGIN SHIPPING DESK
Send one shipment brief for a bilingual review of origin, destination, cargo documents and delivery responsibility.
BILINGUAL INTAKE
This single URL serves English and Arabic speaking importers, sellers and China based agents. Use the form to share the Chinese supplier city, Red Sea port or final address, product description, cartons, weight, volume and Incoterm. A clear brief lets the shipping desk separate port work, customs work and final delivery before any route is discussed.
For an overseas agent, add the consignee, importer or customs contact and the party responsible for final delivery. For a seller, add the supplier handover point and whether the goods are ready for loading. If the cargo is battery related, machinery, building material or another product needing additional review, say so in the product field.
Check origin, destination, product description, packages, weight, volume and delivery request.
Identify missing invoice, packing list, HS code, consignee or importer information.
Compare port delivery, door delivery, FCL, LCL or DDP responsibilities.
Confirm the selected carrier row, currency, weight charges and delivery scope against the shipment brief.
A quote is easier to compare when it shows what happens at origin, during the ocean movement, at the destination port and at final delivery. Ask which party collects from the supplier, who checks export documents, who receives the arrival notice, who handles customs and who coordinates inland delivery. If the cargo or address changes, update the quote instead of carrying an old assumption into the booking.
Use the published container entry as a reference, then ask for the currency, applicable weight charges and destination costs to be written into the reply. Distinguish the sea-leg duration from clearance and delivery, and identify whether the date is a vessel reference or an estimated cut-off.
For a Chinese supplier, write the factory or warehouse city, the person who can release the goods, the cargo ready date and whether the cartons are already marked. For an overseas agent, write the destination country, port, consignee legal name, customs contact and final delivery city. A short destination such as Jeddah or Aqaba is useful, but it does not replace the complete address when door delivery is requested.
Include the commercial invoice value and currency, packing list quantities, package dimensions, gross weight, net weight and product material. If the goods contain batteries, liquids, magnets, food contact materials or machinery, explain the relevant feature in the cargo description and attach any available safety or approval file. These details let the review distinguish ordinary cartons from a shipment that needs a separate handling check.
State the Incoterm and the requested handover: supplier pickup, China warehouse delivery, port delivery, customs handover or final address. For DDP, identify the importer of record and the party responsible for duties and taxes. For LCL, give the final carton count and consolidation instructions. For FCL, give the container preference, loading location and seal information when available.
When a destination agent asks for a correction, the shipment file should show who supplies the revised invoice, who approves a new product description and who confirms the delivery appointment. This record is useful for Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Egypt because the same product can require different consignee or customs instructions in each country.
Before sending the brief, compare every field with the latest supplier packing list. A changed carton count, revised invoice value, new consignee, different HS code or updated address should be written in the email body. Also state whether the customer wants a port handover, customs support, inland trucking or a final receiving appointment. The shipping desk can then return a clear list of assumptions alongside the route review.
Include the Chinese origin, destination port or address, cargo description, packages, dimensions, weight, Incoterm, consignee and required delivery scope.
Yes. The same bilingual page accepts either language and sends the completed shipment brief to [email protected] for review.
Include the port, carrier, vessel reference and box size in the cargo brief. The desk will check the source amount, weight conditions, destination charges and current space before returning a shipment-specific quote.
Use the request page when you are ready to compare a China origin option, ask a destination agent to review documents, or give a seller a written handover checklist. The more complete the brief, the easier it is to explain what the quote includes and which items still need confirmation.
